cup grated Parmesan cheese

g (1 oz.) butter

clove garlic

Salt,
pepper
Cut
the veal into four slices and pound the slices until very thin,
Coat
with combined cheese, paprika, salt and pepper, and pat on to firm.
Heat
butter in a pan, add crushed garlic and cook slowly 5 minutes.
Add
the veal steaks and cook for 5 minutes each side or until tender.
