cups long-grain rice

small onion

g (1 oz.) butter

egg
Salt,
pepper

teaspoon curry powder
Cook
rice in large saucepan of boiling salted water for 12 to 15 minutes then
drain.
Mix
rice, peeled and finely-chopped onion, melted butter, lightly beaten egg, salt
and pepper and curry powder and mix well.
Press
onto the base and sides of lightly greased 23 cm (9 in,) pie plate.
FILLING

g (7 oz.) can Tuna

small onion

eggs

g (4 oz.) cheese
½
cup milk
Salt,
pepper
¼
teaspoon dry mustard
1
tablespoon chopped parsley
Drain
tuna and reserve the liquid.
Peel
and finely chop onion.
Spoon
flaked Tuna over the base of the rice shell.
Combine
lightly beaten eggs, grated cheese, milk, salt and pepper, mustard, parsley,
chopped onion, and reserved Tuna liquid and pour gently over the Tuna.
Bake
in a moderately slow oven for approximately I hour or, until firm.
