packet diabetic lemon jelly crystals

cup boiling water

Passion fruit

tablespoons evaporated milk
Dissolve
jelly crystals in boiling water and stir in the passion fruit pulp.
Refrigerate
until the jelly is partially set, then add chilled evaporated milk.
Beat
until the mixture is thick and lighter in color.
Pour
into a serving dish or individual glasses and refrigerate until set.
