About
250 calories per serve:

g (11/2 lb.) rump or round steak

soy sauce

cup dry sherry

beef stock cube

g (4 oz.) mushrooms

g (14 oz.) can bean sprouts

sticks celery

small bunch spinach

shallots

g (4 oz.) can bamboo shoots
Salt,
pepper
Remove
any excess fat from meat and slice the steak wafer-thin.
Heat
soy sauce, sherry, water and crumbled stock cube in large frying pan or,
electric fry pan.
Add
sliced mushrooms, cover, cook for 2 minutes; push aside, add drained bean
sprouts, sliced celery, roughly-chopped spinach and sliced shallots.
Cook
until the spinach is wilted and turning the vegetables so they cook evenly.
Add
drained, halved bamboo shoots, heat through, Add meat to pan, cook a few
minutes until tender.
Season
with salt and pepper.
