CALORIE ICE CREAM RECIPE

teaspoons gelatine
1/2-cup
sugar
1/2-cup
water
11/4
cups skim milk powder
1
litre (4 cups) skim milk
2
teaspoons vinegar
2
teaspoons vanilla
Combine
gelatine, sugar and water into a saucepan and stir over a low heat until the
sugar and gelatine have dissolved; then pour into a large bowl.
Add
powdered milk and whisk until smooth, gradually beat in milk.
Pour
the mixture into two 28 cm x 18 cm (11 in. x 7 in.) Lamington tins or, into
two freezer trays and freeze until almost set.
Spoon
the mixture into a large bowl and add vinegar and vanilla.
Beat
until thick and creamy; or use an electric mixer.
Pour
the mixture back into the tins and freeze until set.
