LAMB CUTLETS RECIPE

small lamb cutlets

cup shredded cabbage
½
teaspoon butter

sticks celery

onion

cups water
2
teaspoons curry powder
Salt,
pepper

medium carrots
Grill
the cutlets under a medium heat for 5 minutes on each side to remove fat then
drain well.
Melt
butter and sauté peeled and chopped onion and curry powder for 5 minutes.
Peel
and slice carrots and add to pan with cabbage and chopped celery.
Add
cutlets and water, season with salt and pepper.
Cover
and simmer gently for 1 hour.

chicken pieces (1.25 kg or 2 1/2 lb) overall weight.
1-teaspoon
paprika

clove garlic

teaspoons soy sauce

cup lemon juice

teaspoons grated lemon rind
Salt,
pepper
Put
the chicken pieces onto a large sheet of aluminum foil.
Combine
crushed garlic with the remaining ingredients and brush over the chicken
pieces.
Wrap
the chicken tightly in the foil and place into a baking dish.
Bake
in a moderate oven for 40 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
