PRAWNS RECIPE
5
to 6 green king prawns
1
large clove garlic
1
small chilli
Oil
Chopped
parsley
Shell
the prawns, leaving tails on and remove the black veins.
Halve
the chilli and remove the seeds.
Half
fill small heatproof dishes with oil, place onto a shallow tray and
place into a moderately hot oven until the oil is hot. (Or heat over barbecue
fire.)
Add
crushed garlic, chilli and prawns and cook for a further 3 to 5 minutes until
the prawns are pink and oil is sizzling.
Serve
at once, sprinkled with chopped parsley
Allow
the above quantities for each serving.
