g (1 lb.) fish fillets

cup chopped parsley
Salt,
pepper

g (15 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes

cup lemon Juice

clove garlic

cup dries white wine
Season
the fish with salt and pepper.
Grill
for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender, brushing frequently with the lemon
juice.
Combine
crushed garlic, parsley, un-drained, chopped tomatoes and wine in pan.
Bring
to boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until slightly thickened. Spoon over
hot fish.

Passion fruit
Peel
and core apples and chop roughly.
Place
chopped apples into a saucepan with water and simmer until tender.
Add
passion fruit pulp and sugar (if passion fruit are under-ripe, an extra
teaspoon of sugar may be required; if added, allow extra 12 calories per
serve); allow the mixture to cool.
When
cold, add egg whites and beat with rotary beater or electric mixer until thick
and fluffy.
