small lamb cutlets

Chopped
parsley
Grill
the cutlets for 5 minutes on each side.
Combine
Peeled and chopped tomatoes, crushed garlic, peeled and chopped onion and
basil in pan.
Simmer
gently, uncovered for 10 minutes.
Add
tomato paste and stir until combined.
Add
the cutlets, cover and simmer gently for 25 minutes.
Place
the cutlets onto serving plates and spoon over tomato sauce.
Sprinkle
with chopped parsley and garnish with olives.

Separate
the cauliflower into small flowerets.
Place
flowerets into boiling salted water, cook or 5 to 10 minutes until tender, but
still firm. Drain, then set aside.
Peel
and chop onion and cook in melted butter until tender.
Stir
in curry powder and cook a further few minutes.
Add
turmeric and peeled and chopped tomato and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Add
the cauliflower and reheat gently.
